When you buy a product from the Company, credit card information is processed by a third-party credit card merchant. The Company does not have access to your credit card information.

Personal Information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as permitted or required by law. Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes will be destroyed, erased, or anonymized.

We shred and delete documents containing personal information that we no longer require (and we rarely use paper anyway). We use different passwords for various accounts. We assess security before utilizing any software.

This is done through measures such as the signing of confidentiality agreements, privacy training, and contractual means. The Company takes steps to ensure that the Personal Information we hold is protected against theft, loss and unauthorized use or disclosure. Care is used in the disposal or destruction of personal information, to prevent unauthorized parties from gaining access to the information.
We only retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide a product or service, or to improve our offerings in future. While we retain this data, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. That said, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and cannot guarantee absolute data security. If you request your personal information be deleted, or where your personal information becomes no longer relevant to our operations, we will erase it from our system within a reasonable timeframe. As mentioned previously, the Company does not store your credit card information.

As our user, you have the right to be informed about how your data is collected and used. You are entitled to know what data we collect about you, and how it is processed. You are entitled to restrict or object to our use of your data, while retaining the right to use your personal information for your own purposes.
